It’s back!

Results week is here for members at Anytime Fitness Albury & Wodonga.

We’re booking everything through our Unlimited Fitness App this time, so download the app, and get ready to book your benchmarking session in.

Events take place within 4 categories

  1. Measurements/Assessments:

    • Girth Measurements (Chest, Waist, Hips, Quads, Bicep)

    • Evolt Scan

    • ph360 Assessment

    • Life Logic Assessment & Profile Debrief

    • Posture Screen

    • Sit & Reach Test

  2. Strength Tests:

    • Max Push-Ups in 60 Seconds

    • Max Chin Ups

    • Max Plank Hold

    • Max Wall Sit

  3. Cardio Tests:

    • ROW Concept2 Max Distance in 3mins

    • RUN Treadmill (2km or 5km) for Time

    • RUN Around the block at the gym

    • RUN Beep Test (gym car park)

    • BIKE Assault Bike 30 seconds for Cals (Power)

    • BIKE Assault Bike 3min for Cals (Threshold)

    • BIKE Assault Bike 10min for Cals (Endurance)

    • RUN 1600m Athletics Track

    • RUN 5km TT (choose your own course)

    • RUN Monument

    • RUN Nail Can Hill

    • RUN/BIKE Strava Segment PB

    • SWIM (pick your distance, record your time and report back to us)

  4. Goal Setting:

    • iPilot Online

    • Set your targets for the next Results Week
